The Notley Fellowship is a two-year professional development cohort-based program that helps rising leaders move from passion to action while creating sustainable impact in their local community.
We do this by equipping Fellows with the resources, opportunities, and tools they need to expand their professional network, develop leadership skills, build their personal brand, and explore opportunities for lasting community engagement.
Applications are currently open for the next Fellowship classes in Austin (class VI) and San Antonio (class II). Each cohort will accept 18-24 individuals per class.
Applications are now open through December 1, 2022 (11:59PM) for the next Fellow classes in both Austin and San Antonio. All candidates will receive updates on the status of their application starting on Nov. 4, with final decisions released no later than Dec. 22. Rolling interviews will begin on Nov. 4 - Dec. 15. Candidates have the option to "save a draft" of their application any time before their final submission.
The Fellowship application includes three sections: contact information, candidate demographics, and introduction questions + submission video. Within the online application form, we require all candidates to upload their current resume and a 60-second introduction video. The introduction video should be filmed on a neutral background with adequate lighting and sound, and include a brief overview of their name, professional background, what excites them most about the Fellowship, what they hope to gain from their cohort, and any unique attributes they would contribute to their cohort. Videos can be filmed with a computer camera, digital camera, or phone camera as long as they are in a horizontal orientation.
